As a distinguished Exercise Specialist with degrees in both nutrition and exercise physiology I have transformed hundreds of people with all types of goals, personalities, body types and health status. I also educate other fitness professionals on injury prevention, technique and anatomy/physiology.
I design EACH session so that effort, motivation and potential are realized. Fad and generic workouts rarely work because muscle type, body composition, body alignment, prior injuries, personality and other unique qualities are not considered.

I feel so lucky and fortunate to have worked with Gail. I've had personal trainers before who were good, but Gail is a true superstar! She is extremely professional and has a vast knowledge of physiology that should qualify her as an MD. Her workouts are incredibly well-rounded so every muscle gets worked out including balance exercises. She knows how to push me to my limits, but not over exert so I'm not in pain the next day, like other trainers did. I very highly recommend her!
